Options - Client Files

Displays suggestions for inserting text in the appropriate cells according to the data that has already been entered. By default, Cantax FormMaster saves 25 entries per form in its memory. This number can be modified.

Displays a confirmation message each time that you enter data that is calculated in a cell with a possible override.

Displays a red triangle in the upper right-hand corner of cells that are linked to a diagnostic.

Recalculates a client file without a confirmation when it is opened with a version of Cantax FormMasterthat is different from the original used to create the client file. The amounts may vary following the recalculation. Clear the check box if you want a confirmation message to display and to have the possibility of opening the client file as a read-only file.

Selects the page orientation (portrait or landscape) and the font size used to print diagnostics.

Allows you to open the forms as they were displayed the last time the client file was saved, regardless of who saved it.

Note that Cantax retains a list of the opened forms for a given return, as well as the curser's position, whether this option is selected or not.

Displays the properties before the client file is saved. Once the properties are displayed, you can enter a note or lock the data.

Saves a backup copy of the client file at the specified interval. If a work session ends abnormally, Cantax FormMaster will automatically open this copy in the next session.
